We're looking for a creative and caring
Activities Coordinator to join our friendly, dedicated team and help residents enjoy meaningful activities, companionship and opportunities to pursue their interests.
Your role
Contracted hours: 30 hours per week
Working alongside the care team, you will organise and deliver activities and events tailored to residents' interests, abilities and individual needs. You will:
- Plan a varied programme of group activities, celebrations and one-to-one sessions.
- Support residents to enjoy their hobbies, maintain social connections and explore new interests.
- Listen to residents and use their ideas to shape the activities programme.
- Adapt activities so residents can take part in ways that suit them.
- Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included.
Whether it's music, arts and crafts, games or a quiet conversation, your enthusiasm and creativity can give residents something to look forward to.
