As a TEAM LEADER, duties include supervising Care Assistants, administering medication, maintaining a safe and caring environment that promotes sleep and supports the holistic well-being of residents, providing personal care, assisting during meals, and encouraging residents to take part in stimulating activities.
We would prefer that you have a Health and Social Care Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) and must be Meds Trained. We will support you in every step of your Team Leader duties by providing training and career development. You should demonstrate a genuine desire to care, empathy towards our elderly residents, and an interest in progressing your career within this rewarding field. You will receive training, guidance, and ongoing development so you can feel confident and grow in your role.
