We are looking for an Admin / Receptionist on a Part Time basis to join our friendly and supportive team at Willow Tree Nursing Home. This role is key to the smooth day-to-day running of the home and to creating a welcoming, professional first impression for visitors, residents, and families.

The Role

As an Admin / Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and reception support at Willow Tree Nursing Home. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times. Your duties will include:

  • Managing the reception area and answering telephone calls
  • Greeting visitors, residents, and professionals
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping
