Clarence Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Teacher of Business Studies to join an academy in Rugby, Warwickshire. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking school led by an inspirational newly appointed Principal, offering state-of-the-art facilities and excellent resources.

The successful candidate will join a newly established, cohesive, and supportive Business department and will play an integral role in shaping the future direction of the subject within the school. This role is suitable for both ECTs/NQTs and experienced teachers and offers flexibility for the right candidate.

You will be teaching Business Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 for suitably qualified teachers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available)
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve strong academic outcomes
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and positive teacher-student relationships
  • Contribute to departmental development and wider school initiatives
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS
  • Specialism in Business Studies
  • Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons
  • Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
  • Passion for working with highly motivated and well-behaved students
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
