Clarence Recruitment are urgently seeking professional, motivated, and reliable Unqualified Teachers, Instructors, and Cover Supervisors to work on a full-time and supply basis in secondary schools across the Leicester area. These roles are ideal for individuals with experience working in schools who are passionate about supporting young people and contributing positively to school life. Successful candidates will demonstrate energy, commitment, and the ability to manage classrooms effectively in a variety of educational settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and support student learning
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Requirements
  • Experience working in schools, or a background as a HLTA, TA, Cover Supervisor, Instructor, or Coach
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Recent references and a valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • A proactive and professional approach
  • Ability to follow instructions while using initiative
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
