The Role
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Drama lessons across KS3 and GCSE.
- Encourage creativity, collaboration and self-expression through performance.
- Plan, prepare and assess high-quality lessons that support student progress and achievement.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
- Support students in developing confidence, communication and performance skills.
- Prepare pupils for internal assessments and GCSE examinations.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement.
- Contribute to the continued success and development of the Performing Arts department.
- Support school productions, performances and extracurricular Drama activities where appropriate.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Drama within a secondary school setting.
