A highly motivated and dedicated SENDCo is required for a mixed comprehensive secondary school and sixth form in Rugby, Warwickshire. This is a full-time, long term contract offering an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting students with additional needs within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

The Role
- Overseeing and managing SEND provision across the school
- Leading the strategic development of the SEND department
- Supporting staff to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching
- Monitoring and tracking the progress and attainment of pupils with SEND
- Working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies
- Ensuring the school meets its statutory responsibilities for SEND
