The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning.
- Adapt confidently to different schools, departments and subject areas.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and student engagement.
- Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
