The successful candidate will deliver engaging Design Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience. Whether your specialism lies in Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering or a related subject area, this role offers the chance to inspire young people to develop the practical, technical and problem-solving skills needed for future success.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality Design Technology lessons that engage and challenge students across KS3 and KS4.
- Inspire creativity, innovation and practical skills through a broad and exciting curriculum.
- Plan and deliver lessons that cater for pupils of varying abilities and learning styles.
- Promote excellent standards of behaviour, achievement and classroom engagement.
- Monitor, assess and support students' progress.
