The Role
- As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
- Working closely with teachers and school staff, you will:
- Support children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with their learning activities.
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to build confidence and promote progress.
- Assist children with additional learning needs where required.
- Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage good behaviour and positive social development.
