We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational, and dedicated Teacher of Science to join our successful and supportive Science Department in Lincoln. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner or an ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT) to inspire students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

The successful candidate will be passionate about science education, committed to delivering engaging and challenging lessons, and able to motivate students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.

The Role

  • Teach Science across KS3 and KS4, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of science.
  • Monitor, assess, and support student progress using effective assessment strategies.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities, including STEM activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
