The Role

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 2.
• Plan and prepare creative learning experiences that meet the needs of all pupils.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support pupils in achieving strong progress across the primary curriculum.
• Assess, track and monitor attainment, providing effective feedback and intervention where required.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents and carers.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and achievement.
• Adapt teaching strategies to support differing learning styles and individual needs.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum.
• Possesses excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Has a passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
• Can create engaging and challenging learning opportunities.
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality education.
• Shares a genuine commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
