Key Responsibilities
- Support students across a range of subject areas and year groups
- Deliver focused intervention sessions to small groups and individual pupils
- Assist students with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum

- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, pastoral teams, and parents where appropriate
- Provide classroom support that enables students to achieve their academic and personal goals
We Are Looking For
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience supporting children or young people within a school environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A patient, flexible, and proactive approach
- Confidence supporting learners with a variety of educational needs
- Good organisational skills and the ability to use your own initiative
- A genuine passion for education and supporting student achievement
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
