Design inspiring lessons that spark curiosity, empathy and a deeper understanding of different perspectives. Contribute to departmental initiatives and enriching extracurricular activities. What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching Religious Education within a secondary school setting. A strong understanding of world religions, ethics and philosophy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a positive, well-managed classroom. A genuine passion for encouraging respectful discussion, curiosity and critical thinking. A clear commitment to helping every student achieve their potential. An Enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one.
