As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their work.

The Role

  • Supervise secondary school classes across a range of subjects.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials provided by teaching staff.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies.
  • Support students in completing set work and achieving lesson objectives.
