The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Deliver creative and engaging Art & Design lessons that inspire students to explore their imagination and develop their artistic abilities.
• Foster a passion for the arts by encouraging innovation, self-expression and confidence in creative work.
• Monitor, assess and support student progress, helping learners achieve their full potential.
• Guide students through coursework and examination requirements, providing encouragement and expert subject knowledge.
• Play an active role in showcasing student achievements through exhibitions, displays and creative projects.
• Contribute to the continued success and development of a thriving Art & Design department.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where creativity can flourish and every student feels valued.
