Clarence Recruitment is working in partnership with a successful and growing Multi-Academy Trust in Leicestershire to recruit an experienced and strategic Business Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and commercially minded professional to play a key leadership role across the Trust, supporting the delivery of outstanding educational outcomes through effective management of finance, operations, estates, HR, compliance, and administration services. The successful candidate will work closely with Trust leaders, Headteachers, and central services teams to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Trust's business functions while contributing to its long-term strategic development and growth.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold relevant business, finance, management, or operational qualifications
- Have substantial experience in business management, ideally within education, the public sector, or a multi-site organisation
- Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary control skills
- Have experience overseeing HR, procurement, facilities, and compliance functions
- Possess excellent leadership and people management skills
- Be highly organised with strong project management capabilities
- Have a thorough understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Be an effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships across the Trust
- Demonstrate strategic thinking alongside strong operational delivery
