We are seeking to appoint a committed, adaptable, and enthusiastic General Cover Teacher to join our dedicated team in Warwickshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner who enjoys working across a range of subjects and is passionate about ensuring all students receive high-quality learning experiences.
The successful candidate will provide planned lesson cover across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, maintaining high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and achievement while supporting students to make excellent progress.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of curriculum areas.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and purposeful learning environment.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons.

Requirements:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching secondary-aged students (KS3 and KS4).
