The Role

  • Teach Design and Technology across KS3 and KS4.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and inclusive lessons.
  • Inspire students to develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge.
  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities within the department.
  • Maintain high expectations of behaviour, achievement, and student engagement.
  • Ensure a safe and well-organised workshop environment in line with health and safety requirements.
