Clarence House Day Nurseries is a nursery group with 18 locations in East Anglia and the East Midlands.
We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician for the day-to-day maintenance at our nurseries in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire (find the list of our locations here).
Duties will include general maintenance, such as painting & decorating, gardening, and basic plumbing and carpentry; some jobs will require climbing a ladder.
Transport and tools will be provided. The position would involve travelling to all our nurseries in the area.
You will be working around 40 hours a week at a rate of £17 per hour.
We are seeking someone who is experienced, responsible and reliable. A pleasant manner is essential as you will be working around children.
As this role involves working in a nursery setting, it is therefore subject to an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
Any offer of employment will be conditional on receipt of a satisfactory check.
The cost of this check will be covered by us.
