Clarence George is partnered with a leading global management consultancy looking to hire P&C actuaries into its growing and highly successful Capital Modelling team in London. The team works on a broad range of high-profile capital and risk engagements across the London Market and wider insurance sector, including internal model development and validation, model change, Solvency II, Lloyd’s and wider strategic advisory work.

They are looking for ambitious and personable actuaries who want to contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice while gaining exposure to dynamic, high-calibre work and an international client base.

Hiring at:

  • Senior Consultant: nearly/newly qualified actuary with c.3–5 years’ experience
  • Manager: qualified actuary with c.5–9 years’ experience

Key requirements:

  • Strong P&C actuarial background
  • Exposure to Solvency II / internal models / Lloyd’s preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills
  • Experience with Python or R beneficial
