WilsonAI is building Cursor for lawyers - helping them review, negotiate, and manage contracts with unprecedented speed and accuracy. We are backed by Nomad Ventures and Autopilot, and raised a $1.7M pre-seed round at the end of 2024. Since then, we have stabilised our product with early customers, beaten competitors in head-to-head pilots with teams of hundreds and $100Ms in revenue, and scaled via founder-led sales to multi–six-figure revenues - 50X growth since the start of the year. We have been featured in The Lawyer, Artificial Lawyer, and more. We are at the very beginning of the opportunity to transform the $1 trillion legal industry with AI, and we are building an elite team to do it.
The Role
We are looking for an exceptionally driven and smart Applied AI Engineer. You will work very closely with our CTO, across both customer-facing roles as well as deep technical buildouts. You will work very hard, get your hands dirty, and own tasks end-to-end with limited direction. In return, you will gain rare exposure to what it takes to scale an AI startup at the ground level, and see what it takes to win. This role will be demanding.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong computer science fundamentals, exceptional clarity of thought, and sharpness in problem solving.
- Evidence of personal agency in driving toward net optimal outcomes.
- Strong machine learning priors, ideally with experience training ML models for production use-cases.
- Ability to hold large, complex systems in working memory and reason clearly about mechanics and failure-modes.
- Attention to detail.
- Gritty, fast learner, self-directed, and eager to progress much faster than peers.
- Comfortable working hard, owning tasks end-to-end, and taking on non-glamorous work.
- Ex-founders and startup-oriented engineers are welcome.
Are you ready? We are at the cusp of a technological revolution in the legal industry. We are optimising for speed, and seeking those fast enough to come with us. This is your opportunity to be at the center of a technological revolution in the legal industry. If you are ready to challenge yourself, grow exponentially, and make a lasting impact, we want to hear from you.
