About Claremont. Claremont is a leading commercial interior design and fit-out company. We work with our clients from initial consultation right through to delivery to shape workspaces that meet the needs of organisations and their people. Unlike many of our competitors we are an employee-owned business which allows us to maintain our ethos of building lasting client relationships and looking after our people whilst improving our ability to retain and attract the best talent in the industry.
The Role. We’re on the hunt for an experienced Graphic Designer who can turn complex ideas into content people actually feel. Someone who knows the design and construction world, understands how to make content look irresistible, and can push our brand into its next evolution. If you love shaping visual identity, crafting standout presentations, and creating content that stops the scroll, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities:
- Own the brand – Develop, refine, and elevate our visual identity so everything we put into the world looks sharp, confident, and unmistakably us.
- Make presentations people remember – Transform technical information into clear, compelling stories that win hearts (and projects).
- Create content with impact – Design social graphics, campaign assets, and digital content that feels fresh, modern, and on-brand.
- Add movement – Edit videos, build motion graphics, and bring ideas to life through animation and short-form storytelling.
- Design across formats – From collateral to bid documents to signage — you’ll craft visuals that communicate with clarity and style.
- Collaborate and inspire – Work closely with marketing, the SLT, and 3D & project teams, and help raise the creative bar across the organisation.
What you bring:
- Design experience, ideally in architecture, engineering, construction, or the built environment.
- Strong skills within Adobe Creative Cloud and the usual presentation tools.
- An eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience building and maintaining brand tones.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the creative quality.
Bonus Points:
- Motion design or video editing skills.
- Photography chops — shooting, editing, or both.
- A curiosity for new formats, tools, and ways to tell visual stories.
Here are just some of the benefits of choosing a career with Claremont:
- Flexible working options – Enabling everyone to strike the right work-life balance.
- Funded training opportunities – Providing an opportunity to develop your skills and build your CV.
- 25 days annual leave plus public holidays for new starters, rising to 27 then 30 days.
- Buy or sell up to 5 days' holiday a year.
- Childcare vouchers – Tax benefits for parents.
- Cycle to work scheme – Supporting a healthier, active workforce.
- Enhanced Maternity/Paternity.
- Electric car scheme and free onsite EV charging points.
