Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high voltage power electronics solutions for aerospace applications, contributing from concept through to implementation.
- Create and interpret circuit schematics and oversee PCB design using tools like Altium and MentorGraphics to ensure robust and efficient layouts.
- Conduct simulations and analysis using LT Spice to validate design functionality and support optimization processes.
- Ensure compliance with DO-160 and DO-254 standards, implementing best practices for safety, reliability, and quality in avionics and electronic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems that enhance the efficiency and reliability of aerospace electronics.
- Provide support in testing and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless integration from prototype to production.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Electronics Engineering, ideally within aerospace, defence, or high-reliability sectors.
- Strong proficiency in circuit schematics and PCB design tools, specifically Altium and MentorGraphics.
- Experience with high voltage power systems, along with expertise in LT Spice for circuit simulation and analysis.
- Knowledge of DO-160 and DO-254 compliance standards.
