Main Responsibilities:

To work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the Home, whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment at all times.

Cleaning

  • Ensure the highest possible levels of cleanliness are maintained throughout the Home.
  • Adhering to COSHH guidlines.
  • Ensure the highest possible levels of cleanliness are maintained within specific allocated or assigned areas.
  • Restock soaps, hand towels etc as and when required.
  • Restock kitchen cleaning products including hand wash and black bags.
  • Restock soap powder and fabric softener in laundry.
  • Adhere to agreed cleaning rota on daily and monthly basis.
  • Move all mobile furniture (including beds and chairs) and vacuum and dust beneath / behind.
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable by Manager.

Staff will also be trained to work in Laundry and Kitchen Assistant.

Hours 8am – 2pm, Saturday and Sunday.

Pay rate £13.20 for weekends.

Overtime will be available. Weekday pay rate is £12.28 with enhanced overtime rate.

Pay: £12.28-£13.20 per hour
