We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our dedicated team in our Warrington headquarters.

The role involves:

  • Own the brand – Develop, refine, and elevate our visual identity so everything we put into the world looks sharp, confident, and unmistakably us.
  • Make presentations people remember – Transform technical information into clear, compelling stories that win hearts (and projects).
  • Create content with impact – Design social graphics, campaign assets, and digital content that feels fresh, modern, and on-brand.
  • Add movement – Edit videos, build motion graphics, and bring ideas to life through animation and short-form storytelling.
  • Design across formats – From collateral to bid documents to signage — you’ll craft visuals that communicate with clarity and style.
  • Collaborate and inspire – Work closely with marketing, the SLT, and 3D & project teams, and help raise the creative bar across the organisation.

What you bring:

  • Design experience, ideally in architecture, engineering, construction, or the built environment.
  • Strong skills within Adobe Creative Cloud and the usual presentation tools.
  • An eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience building and maintaining brand tones.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the creative quality.
  • Motion design or video editing skills.
  • Photography chops — shooting, editing, or both.
  • A curiosity for new formats, tools, and ways to tell visual stories.
