Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to pupils, staff, and parents.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage pupil laptops from Year 3 upwards.
- Ensure effective use of digital technologies that support teaching and learning.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support smooth operation of IT systems and classroom technologies.
- Support school-wide IT projects.
- Collaborate within a busy IT department supporting up to 1,500 users and report to the Head of IT.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a structured, process-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working as an IT technician or in a first/second line support role, ideally within the education sector.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full-time availability commencing as soon as possible.
