Xplan Product Analyst **** working from home **** My client is looking to recruit a Product Analyst with strong Xplan experience The successful candidate will be given the opportunity become an SME with the technology that my client uses to meet customer needs. This role will offer a path into technical system configuration, business analysis and solution design as well as the opportunity to build system knowledge in industry leading applications and to develop skills in supplier and stakeholder management within this role. Supporting systems by working on service tickets to provide excellent customer service for the systems we support. Conducting business process and systems analysis Implementing changes that align technology solutions with business objectives Formulating and defining systems scope and objectives Identifying, capturing, and developing requirements (functional and non-functional) Providing documentation and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle Change control, prioritising requirements based on high-value achievable requirements. Drives continuous improvement of business products and services by translating requirements into improved design and service provisioning. Operating as a link between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user department to understand the business implications of the technical solutions on the current and future business environment. Managing system incidents Working with the end-user to select or define appropriate scenarios to test and determine whether system changes meet project specifications. Coordination with users to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Creating, reviewing and delivering end-user documentation and preparing communication material on system enhancements. Monitoring production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate experience in the following areas * Application and Data Integration Platforms * Knowledge of Xplan * Web Content Management * SQL Server Databases * Microsoft technologies * Capability to work in an Agile or DevOps environment. * Ability to work in \’Virtual\’ teams cross function/cross business and geographies. * Knowledge of the IT delivery lifecycle, associated methodologies, and their practical application.
