My client who are a leading data and technology company are looking for a Junior/Middleweight Designer to join their creative team on a 4 week initial contract β Inside IR35.
Ideally onsite in either Peterborough or London but can also be remote based.
Youβll play a key role in producing visually engaging content across digital platforms β with a focus on email headers, social media assets, and business-as-usual (BAU) design tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong visual instincts, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance creativity with consistency and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Design email headers and banners that align with campaign messaging and brand guidelines.

Create eye-catching social media graphics (static and animated, if applicable) for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.

Deliver BAU design assets, including resizing, formatting, and adapting existing templates across digital touchpoints.
*
Ensure all designs are consistent with brand tone, look and feel, and marketing objectives.
*
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver on-time creative output.
*
Maintain and organize design files and templates for efficient team use.
Requirements
*
1β3 years of experience in a similar digital design role (agency or in-house).
*
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus.
*
Solid understanding of digital design best practices and visual storytelling.
*
Good eye for layout, typography, and color composition.
*
Ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail.
