We are currently seeking an experienced Workday Lead to work with and advise a 25 strong person global team and drive through organizational transformation and change. This role will be responsible for assessing and managing third-party relationships whilst resolving ongoing challenges with my client's Workday based solutions. The Workday lead will be instrumental in facilitating transformative changes within the overall organization.
The primary responsibility will be to ensure that the implementation and integration of Workday solutions align with the organization's strategic goals. By leveraging the required expertise, the Workday Lead will guide the organization through the complexities of upgrades, rollouts, change management etc whilst ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new processes. The role of the Workday lead will be multifaceted and crucial for the successful transformation of my client's organization.
The successful candidate will be effectively managing third-party relationships and addressing ongoing challenges with Workday solutions, whilst ensuring that the organization can fully leverage the benefits of Workday, driving efficiency, and achieving strategic objectives.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- 8+ years' experience in HR system and/or ERP implementation
- Experience in leading diverse teams onshore
