You must be a team player. You will work with a team of seniors to promote good standards throughout the home. Together with the senior team, you will work alongside and lead a team of carers, allocate jobs, give medications, assist in creating care plans and reviews. Keep family members updated on any changes. Take part in ward rounds, work with GP, social workers, and district nurses to ensure all residents' needs are met. Complete checks and progress of allocated jobs throughout the shift. Ensure all records are recorded in a timely manner. Attend management and senior meetings, chair spot staff meetings and residents' meetings. Assist the manager to ensure a smooth running of the home.
