Senior T&I Project Engineer Offshore Wind Foundations (ITP)
We are seeking an experienced Senior T&I Project Engineer to write detailed project plans, methods, task plans procedures for the transport and installation of offshore wind foundations (eg lift plans for monopiles, jackets, transition pieces). The role requires a strong understanding of offshore engineering, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including contractors, certification bodies, and project teams.

Role
ITP Development & Management
oHelp write and review detailed methods, task plans, risk assessment & Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for offshore wind foundation T&I operations Eg Lift Plans.
oEnsure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards (e.g., DNV, ISO, IEC, API).
oDefine hold points, witness points, and inspection criteria.
Test Plans & Procedures
oDevelop test plans and commissioning checklists for T&I activities.
oSupport verification of marine spread readiness, lifting equipment, sea fastening,
oManage trial fit-ups, mock-ups, and test protocols before offshore execution.
Quality Assurance & Control
oMonitor contractor performance and ensure correct implementation of ITPs.
oCoordinate with quality inspectors, survey teams, and marine warranty surveyors.
oEnsure proper documentation, NCR handling, and close-out.
Interface & Stakeholder Management
oAct as the quality focal point for T&I foundation activities.
oLiaise with engineering, HSE, certification, vessel operators, and subcontractors.
oSupport audits, inspections, and client reviews.
Reporting & Documentation
oEnsure timely delivery of quality records, inspection reports, and certification
oContribute to as-built documentation and final project dossiers.
Requirements
Education & Experience
oDegree in Mechanical, Civil, Offshore, or Marine Engineering.
oexperience in offshore construction, oil & gas, or renewables
oExperienced in T&I of offshore structures.
oProven track record in preparing and managing ITPs, test plans, and project plans.
Technical Competence
oOffshore Wind lifting, transport, installation, and foundation works.
ointernational standards: DNV-ST-N001, ISO 9001, API RP2A, IEC 61400.
oExperience with marine operations, vessels, and heavy lift activities.

Skills & Attributes
oExcellent stakeholder communication and report writing skills.
oStrong organizational and planning capabilities.
oAbility to work offshore as required (advantage to have any of: GWO BST, HUET).
oProactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
Location & Work Environment
Remote based or Office-based with occasional visits to marshalling yards
Willingness to travel internationally as per project requirements.
