Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the CTO revolve around R&D, design and development of NPI, setting and delivering the technology strategy and management of the engineering function, and promoting the technical capabilities of the company. Working with Product Development & Sales to project the company’s technical competence to clients, ensuring successful and innovative project execution compared to competitors. Understanding of the three facets of geophysics: acquisition, processing and interpretation, and the ways in which they interact and affect each other. It is essential to have Seismic technology experience.
The Role: This is a wide-ranging lead role - a mix of management of the engineering team as well as setting the technical direction for the company’s products. You will have extensive senior engineering experience in Mechanical, Electronic, Hardware & Software, leading a team in the UK and developing new products for Seismic Design Engineering.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Engineering: any of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, IT.
