We are seeking an energetic and commercially driven Sales Engineer to support the continued growth of offshore wind business across international markets. Ideal role for engineer with strong people skills and experience within offshore renewables.

Role

  • Business Development / Sales Account Manager in Offshore Wind Engineering
  • Develop and maintain relationships with developers, OEMs, EPCI contractors, fabricators, vessel owners, and installation contractors for Offshore Wind Sector.
  • Manage and coordinate ITTs, tenders, proposals, and commercial submissions.
  • Lead the sales cycle from client engagement through negotiation and contract award.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, events, and client meetings.
  • Meet customers, develop partnerships, and support project opportunities.
  • Work with engineering and project teams to develop technical-commercial solutions.

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree.
  • Experience in offshore engineering e.g. wind, offshore construction, marine, lifting, or T&I.
  • Proven background in BD, technical sales, commercial management, or tendering.
  • Experience handling ITTs, bids, or commercial proposals.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness with ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in an international environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering Degree (or similar).
  • Experience in Offshore Wind e.g. Heavy Lift, Transport & Installation (T&I), Fabrication, EPCI, load-out, or cable installation projects.
  • Network within offshore wind developers, contractors, or marine operators.
