Role Summary
This is a wide-ranging and lead role - mix of management of engineering team as well as setting technical direction for the company’s products. You will have extensive senior engineering experience in both Mechanical, Electronic, Hardware & Software - Leading a team in the UK and developing their new products for Seismic Design Engineering. Our client has an excellent attitude toward ongoing personal development, Training & Development.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities of the CTO revolve around R&D, design and development of New Product Introductions, setting and delivering the technology strategy and management of the engineering function.
- Promoting the technical capabilities of the company.
- Working with Product Development & Sales to project the company’s technical competence to clients, to let them know that not only can you undertake each project successfully, but you can do it better and more innovatively than their competitors.
- Understanding of the three facets of geophysics: acquisition, processing and interpretation, and the ways in which they interact and affect each other.
