Seeking an energetic and commercially driven Sales person to support the continued growth of offshore wind business across international markets. Ideal role for engineer with strong people skills and experience within offshore renewables.

Role: Business Development / Sales Account Manager in Offshore Wind Engineering

  • Develop and maintain relationships with developers, OEMs, EPCI contractors, fabricators, vessel owners, and installation contractors for Offshore Wind Sector.
  • Manage and coordinate ITTs, tenders, proposals, and commercial submissions.
  • Lead the sales cycle from client engagement through negotiation and contract award.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, events, and client meetings.
  • Meet customers, develop partnerships, and support project opportunities.
  • Work with engineering and project teams to develop technical-commercial solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in offshore / marine engineering e.g. wind, O&G, offshore construction, heavy lifting, or T&I.
  • Background in Sales e.g. Account Manager, Business Development, technical sales, commercial management, or tendering.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness with ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in an international environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Engineering Degree - e.g. Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering Degree (or similar).
  • Experience in Offshore Wind e.g. Heavy Lift, Transport & Installation (T&I), Fabrication, EPCI, load-out, or cable installation projects.
  • Experience handling ITTs, bids, or commercial proposals.
