We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about people and excited by the world of branding and design. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and play a key role in the continued growth of Clare Persey Recruitment.

Client Relationships
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while developing new client partnerships across corporate and consumer branding
  • Act as more than a recruiter — a talent coach and business consultant, supporting clients to drive change and transformation
  • Visit clients to build strong, lasting relationships
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ culture, environment and hiring needs to ensure accurate and thoughtful matches
  • Confidently guide and advise clients on expectations and talent availability
  • Provide market insight on salaries, career progression and hiring trends
  • Negotiate salaries and finalise offers between clients and candidates
  • Increase brand awareness of Clare Persey Recruitment within the market
  • Take ownership of roles end-to-end, delivering exceptional hiring outcomes for clients
Candidate Relationships
  • Build strong rapport with candidates and become a trusted advisor throughout their career journey
  • Source and engage top talent using a range of tools and platforms
  • Effectively use LinkedIn and your network to connect with outstanding candidates within branding, packaging and related disciplines
  • Screen candidates thoroughly via phone and in person to ensure alignment with client briefs
  • Actively headhunt candidates for roles
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide post-interview feedback and support
  • Offer meaningful career advice — we aim to be long-term career partners, not just job matchers
