We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about people and excited by the world of branding and design. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and play a key role in the continued growth of Clare Persey Recruitment.

- Enjoy building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted career partner and coach

- Highly adaptable with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a commercial outlook
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while developing new client partnerships across corporate and consumer branding
- Act as more than a recruiter — a talent coach and business consultant, supporting clients to drive change and transformation
- Visit clients to build strong, lasting relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' culture, environment and hiring needs to ensure accurate and thoughtful matches
- Confidently guide and advise clients on expectations and talent availability
- Provide market insight on salaries, career progression and hiring trends
- Negotiate salaries and finalise offers between clients and candidates
- Increase brand awareness of Clare Persey Recruitment within the market
- Take ownership of roles end-to-end, delivering exceptional hiring outcomes for clients
- Build strong rapport with candidates and become a trusted advisor throughout their career journey
- Source and engage top talent using a range of tools and platforms
- Effectively use LinkedIn and your network to connect with outstanding candidates within branding, packaging and related disciplines
- Screen candidates thoroughly via phone and in person to ensure alignment with client briefs
- Actively headhunt candidates for roles
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide post-interview feedback and support
- Offer meaningful career advice — we aim to be long-term career partners, not just job matchers
- Work in a highly respected niche market with leading creative agencies
