Clare College are seeking a Chef de Partie reporting to the Head Chef. This is a full position working 37.5 hours per week to a two week shift system. This is a wonderful opportunity for a talented Chef to join our team. You will assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of all dishes to the highest standards to students, staff, College guests, Fellows and conference delegates.
Suitably qualified, your CV will reflect your experience in working in a busy kitchen environment and working as part of a team. As part of your career development you will be given the opportunity to enter competitions and on occasions train with the England Team. The Head Chef has Michelin and Rosette kitchen experience which means that you will be working with an award winning chef and cooking for fine dining events.
Salary and Benefits: The annual salary will be £30,562.43 per annum. In addition, there will be plenty of paid overtime available particularly in the busy conference season. You will also be eligible for a bonus. Included in the benefits package is membership of a defined contribution pension scheme, membership of a medical cashback scheme, parking, and non-contractual bonus paid in November of each year.
