A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Audit Manager to join its Financial Services audit practice, with a particular focus on CASS reasonable assurance audits. The firm’s CASS audit team is growing, and this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping its future.

As a senior leader, you will support the development of the CASS specialism by working closely with technical teams to build capability across the wider audit practice. You will also collaborate with consulting colleagues in an advisory capacity, contributing your expertise to specialist CASS engagements. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm where your insights and leadership will make a real impact—both internally and for clients.

Job Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Managing a portfolio of FCA CASS reasonable assurance clients.
  • Extensive CASS audit experience (including CASS 7, 8 and 15).
  • Leading and resolving complex audit matters with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Developing and enhancing CASS audit methodology and training.
  • Strong financial services audit background with excellent technical knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
  • Involvement in CASS business development and industry engagement.
