A rapidly growing FinTech business is looking to hire a Risk & Compliance Associate to join their expanding team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, forward-thinking team where you’ll gain exposure across a wide range of risk and compliance activities, including regulatory engagement, assurance reviews, KYC and AML oversight, and supporting new product development. The role offers genuine autonomy, visibility across the business, and strong potential for progression.
Job Requirements:
- 1–4 years’ experience within an FCA-regulated environment.
- Understanding of UK savings and investment markets.
- 2:1 or higher degree with an excellent dissertation mark (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting risk and compliance frameworks, with exposure to AML/KYC processes preferred.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data tools or databases (SQL experience a plus).
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
