A leading professional services firm is looking to hire a Risk & Assurance Manager to join their Consulting team.
This is a newly created and highly impactful role, supporting the Technical Partner across a broad portfolio of technical and operational initiatives.
This position is hands‑on and ideal for an individual who is proactive, highly organised, and looking for a role with significant exposure across technical, business, and leadership teams.
- Job Requirements
- Background in professional services (accounting, audit, consulting, or legal)
- Prior experience managing internal projects within a professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Experience in a technical or QA role is advantageous, including understanding of legal frameworks and UK regulatory requirements.
- Ability to draft, review and coordinate technical documentation, reports and presentations to a high standard.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress, identify risks, and drive completion of actions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesise information from multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
- Collaborative and diplomatic approach, able to build relationships across technical and business teams.
- IT proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams) with a willingness to embrace new digital tools.
