Quality Executive – Legal 500 Law firm | Durham, UK | Hybrid

We are exclusively recruiting for an award-winning Legal 500 law firm with offices across the North, seeking to hire a Quality Executive to join the quality, risk, and compliance team .

Main Responsibilities:

1. Ensure effective implementation and management of the firm\’s quality management standards and certifications, including Lexcel, CQS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, B-Corp, the Legal Aid contract, and Lender portals.
2. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, standard operating procedures, process maps, document control, audit plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Collaborate with management and department heads to identify key processes, develop standard operating procedures, and maintain a framework for training, evaluation, KPI tracking, and ongoing improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified quality or audit professional, or actively working towards this qualification, with ideally four or more years of post-qualification experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with change management abilities to coach management on process improvements and effective communication across the firm.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, processes, compliance, and thoroughness in audits and inspections.
• Effective time management and organisational skills to work proactively under tight deadlines and independently.
