A niche Investment Bank is looking to hire a Compliance Associate to join their small Compliance team. The role will initially focus on Insider List management and other Central Compliance duties. The role is very much generalist in nature and will develop as the individual grows into the position.
Attitude is key; an inquisitive and proactive mindset will thrive within a role that will offer vast exposure across the business, working for an experienced manager who will help to guide this individual. This will be a hands-on role working within a small Compliance function, ideal for an individual looking to work within a collaborative team environment with exposure to all areas of the business. The role requires a minimum of 4 days in the office.
Job Requirements:- Minimum 12-months Compliance experience, ideally with experience working in a Central Compliance type function.
- Experience working with Insider Lists, preferable.
- Good understanding of Market Abuse.
- Strong communication skills, essential.
- Proactive and dynamic individual required.
