We are working with a large wealth management business looking to hire a Compliance Analyst to join their team in a role which will focus largely around regulatory horizon scanning. Assisting with the implementation of regulatory change across the business. Alongside this, there will be other Compliance duties including, but not limited to, working on the Compliance Monitoring programme and creating MI.

Job Requirements:

  • Monitor regulatory developments and horizon scan for emerging rules affecting the wealth management sector.
  • Build deep knowledge of the firm's proposition to assess and apply regulatory change across the business.
  • Draft clear regulatory communications for stakeholders, including Senior Management.
  • Support implementation of regulatory developments across Compliance and the wider business.
  • Produce and maintain management information for the Board.
  • Contribute to the Compliance Monitoring Programme through regular monitoring activity.
  • Support projects to ensure ongoing regulatory and legislative compliance.
