A growing Law Firm are looking to hire a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing Employment Law Department. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters within a supportive and well-structured team. The role is primarily claimant-focused, complemented by a meaningful respondent caseload. You will manage your own files advising and representing a mix of institutional and individual clients, including work for the Police Federation of England & Wales, private clients and insurers, with appropriate supervision and support.
The client offers full flexibility, with the option to work fully remotely anywhere in the UK, on a hybrid basis, or from one of their offices.
Job Requirements:- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Employment Law
- Comfortable managing your own caseload across a broad range of employment matters
- Strong technical ability with a client-focused approach
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of Employment Tribunal work would be beneficial but is not essential.
