Compliance Manager – Private Markets London CLARC Recruitment Full time

A niche Private Markets business is looking to hire a Compliance Manager for an initial 12-month contract. The role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of private markets and experience working in a similar environment. The candidate must be hands-on, a generalist, and comfortable working autonomously. The position will cover multiple regulated jurisdictions.

The role requires 4 days in the office per week. For the right individual, this could develop into a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Duties & Experience required include:

• At least 5 years of generalist compliance experience, ideally within a private markets business.
• A dynamic, driven individual comfortable engaging at all levels of compliance work.
• A proactive mindset, working closely with teams across the business, while able to work autonomously with support from an experienced line manager when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
