We are currently working with a number of Compliance Consultancy firms across the financial services sector who are looking to expand their Consultancy teams. As such, we are looking to recruit a number of consultants across different levels, from Senior/Principal Consultant through to Associate Director. These are exciting opportunities to join growing and reputable businesses offering exposure to a diverse range of buy-side and sell-side clients, as well as strong career progression prospects for ambitious professionals.
Duties & Experience required:
- Managing and delivering client projects across a range of regulatory, risk, and compliance areas.
- Conducting structured reviews, gap analyses, and process walkthroughs against regulatory requirements and best practice.
- Supporting the development and implementation of compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Advising clients on regulatory expectations and developments, providing practical, commercially focused solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.
- Assisting with business development activities, including the preparation of proposals and participation in presentations.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring high standards of work and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Degree-level education (or equivalent).
- Experience working within a consultancy, regulator, or in-house risk or compliance function within financial services.
- Strong understanding of FCA and PRA regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex regulatory projects.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ambitious, proactive, and commercially minded with a desire to progress within a growing environment.
