A leading trade association are looking to hire a Compliance Analyst to support the internal Compliance programme and assist with market development projects, with a focus on due diligence & screening.
Job Requirements:
- Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) / Due Diligence checks on prospective and existing Members and Service Providers.
- Responsible for ensuring all client documentation is handled and filed appropriately in line with our policies.
- Supporting brand protection and infringement measures with investigation and market intelligence gathering to protect the reputation of the association.
- Supporting the Senior Compliance Associate with the facilitation and associated workstreams of the Regulatory Affairs Committee.
- Managing any compliance-related work processes through CRM systems.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating Compliance Contacts information in the CRM.
- An interest in developing a knowledge of UK and European compliance regulations and the relevant regulatory industry is essential.
- Good skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe packages.
- First class organisational skills, with ability to handle a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong business writing and proofβreading skills are essential.
