Associate Director – AI & Transformation

Do you want to play a defining role in Clarasys’ next phase of growth in AI and transformation?

We are looking for a senior leader to build and lead our AI & Transformation proposition across Clarasys.

This role is designed to strengthen our market-facing AI leadership, convert more net-new opportunities into revenue, and turn strong individual work into a repeatable, scalable practice.

This is a high-priority role for the business.

It exists to close a gap in winning net-new opportunities, bring greater energy and credibility to market-facing activity, and give Clarasys a more visible senior AI leader who can act as a genuine “friend of the CIO”.

What you’ll be doing

Working externally and with senior clients, you’ll be

  • Leading market-facing AI and transformation activity to generate, shape and convert net-new opportunities.
  • Building strong senior relationships with buyers, sponsors and CIO-level stakeholders, establishing Clarasys as a credible partner in AI-enabled transformation.
  • Acting as an energetic, high-impact external presence who can open doors, lead conversations and create momentum in the market.
  • Leading at least one major AI-led “big rock” pursuit from market interest through to qualified pipeline and conversion.

And across Clarasys, you’ll be

  • Owning the AI & Transformation proposition across the UK and US.
  • Shaping and leading AI-enabled transformation propositions for both internal and client-facing use.
  • Partnering with Marketing and Sales on AI GTM, lead development and qualification.
  • Building a senior and mid-level team in AI, data and change, creating clearer development paths and bench strength under your leadership.
  • Turning emerging AI work into named, repeatable offers, methods and client stories that are easier to sell and easier to scale.
  • What this role is not

This is not simply a senior delivery role focused on executing AI work already sold. It is a proposition-building and growth role first.

Whilst this person must be credible in transformation delivery, the bigger expectation is that they can lead externally, shape propositions, generate demand, and convert that demand into repeatable revenue.

  • Critical capabilities
  • Strong AI and data literacy, combined with transformation delivery experience at scale.
  • Strong change leadership, with the ability to land behaviour, process and operating model shifts in complex organisations.
  • Proposition building and clear storytelling, with confidence in external, senior-client settings.
  • Clear market-facing and lead-generating capability, with evidence of helping win net-new opportunities.
  • High energy, breakthrough mentality and the confidence to create momentum internally and externally.
  • Executive presence and the credibility to build trusted CIO-level relationships.
  • The ability to build a practice around them, rather than being a single expert contributor.

Ready to make an impact?

If you are excited by the opportunity to shape Clarasys’ AI & Transformation proposition, build a high-performing practice and help drive our next phase of growth, we would love to hear from you.
